CornerCart Troubleshooting: My cart goal campaign is not visible in my cart
If you've created a cart goal campaign but it's not appearing in your store's cart, here are the steps to troubleshoot the issue and ensure everything is set up correctly:
1. Confirm CornerCart is Enabled in Your Theme
The first and most common issue is that the CornerCart app embed is not enabled in your current store theme.
- Action: Make sure the CornerCart app embed is switched ON in the theme you are currently testing.

2. Verify a Cart Goal Campaign Exists
The campaign will only display if one has actually been created.
- Action: Double-check that you have successfully created a Cart Goal Campaign.

3. Ensure the Campaign Status is 'Active'
A campaign will not appear on your storefront if its status is set to Draft.
- Action: Set the Cart Goal Campaign to Active status.
- Steps to Change Status:
- Go to the CornerCart App.
- Navigate to My campaigns.
- Select the Cart Goal Campaign you've created.
- Look at the top right corner of the campaign editor.
- Toggle the switch to make the campaign Active.
- Click Save

4. Review Your Campaign's Target Audience
If you don't meet the specific conditions set in the campaign's target audience rules, the campaign will not be visible to you.
- Action: Check the Target Audience settings for the campaign.
- Example: If the campaign is set to only show to customers who are logged in, and your not logged in to your store while testing, you will not see the campaign

5. Check for Competing Active Cart Goal Campaigns
CornerCart has a hierarchy for displaying campaigns. Only one Cart Goal Campaign will be visible at a time.
- Action: Ensure that no other Cart Goal Campaign is set to Active that could be overriding the campaign you are testing.
- Important Rule: If two or more Cart Goal Campaigns are Active and have an overlapping or identical Target Audience at the same time, only the campaign at the top of the list in the 'My campaigns' section will be visible to the customer.
