How to remove Corner added cart attributes from packing slips or shipping labels?

When you install Corner on your Shopify store, we automatically include specific data in your customers' shopping carts to track our campaigns..

This data is stored by Corner as cart attributes. If a customer proceeds to place an order, this information will be visible in the order's additional details, often referred to as note attributes.

This is the designated location for apps like Corner to store custom order data. Once the data is stored on an order, you'll find it displayed on the right side of a single order page in Shopify:

Some shipping apps, such as ShipStation, may automatically include these fields on your packing slips or shipping labels. If you wish to remove them, you can easily do so by editing the template used for packing slips or shipping labels. We'll guide you through the process using ShipStation, but the same principles can be applied to any app that allows HTML template editing.

In ShipStation, these fields are stored in the 'Note from Buyer' section, as shown below:

To prevent the display of these fields, it's necessary to adjust the packing slip template. Normally, ShipStation's default packing slip template doesn't include this field, but if yours does, follow these steps to remove it

In ShipStation, click the cog icon located in the top right-hand corner to access your settings:

Navigate to 'Email Templates' and select 'Packing Slips':

Choose the packing slip template you want to modify and locate the section that contains the '[Note From Buyer]' tag:

Simply delete the tag, and the fields will no longer appear on the packing slip.

By following these steps, you can ensure that Corner's custom order data is managed and displayed exactly as you prefer.
