Known limitations in third-party checkout platforms

The reason why third-party checkouts have some limitations

CornerCart uses Shopify Functions to power its discount and reward campaigns. Shopify Functions are designed to work exclusively with Shopify's native checkout and do not extend support to third-party checkout platforms. Many third-party checkouts use various workarounds to handle discounts and promotions, but their level of support varies.

To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend testing all your use cases, including the checkout process, before launching a campaign. If you need assistance, we’re happy to discuss your setup on a call.

Platform-Specific Support

GoQwik (Supported with Some Caveats)

GoQwik has implemented support for Free Gifts, Percentage Discounts, and Shipping Rewards applied by CornerCart. These should work seamlessly.
However, Discount Codes may require additional setup to function correctly in both CornerCart and GoQwik checkouts.

Razorpay Magic (Supported with Some Caveats)

Razorpay Magic has implemented support for Free Gifts, Percentage Discounts, and Shipping Rewards applied by CornerCart. These should work seamlessly.
Similar to GoQwik, Discount Codes may require additional setup to work correctly.

ShopFlow (Not Supported)

ShopFlow does not currently support discounts applied via Shopify Functions.
As a result, any rewards or discounts applied by CornerCart will not be recognized at checkout when using ShopFlow.
We don't recommend using CornerCart with ShopFlow at this time.

Recommendations

If you are using a third-party checkout platform, always test your checkout flow before launching campaigns.
